BOARD OF DIRECTORS, GE, MICROSOFT AND WAL-MART
A graduate of Texas Christian University with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Purdue University, Dr. Cash joined the faculty of Harvard Business School in 1976, where he served as chairman of the M.B.A. program from 1992 to 1995, and served as chairman of HBS Publishing from 1998 until 2003. Dr. Cash retired from the Harvard Business School faculty in 2003.
Dr. Cash is also a director of The Chubb Corporation, and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. He serves as a trustee of the Bert King Foundation, on the board of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Foundation, on the Advisory Council for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture and on the advisory board of the Met Fund. Dr. Cash also served as a director at Microsoft, Inc., Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. and Phase Forward, Inc. during the last five years.

Chairman and Founder of Joshua Partners Mr. Corpening brings decades of Wall Street experience to his highly focused acquisitions holding company. A longtime Partner with Citigroup Venture Capital (CVC), one of the world's oldest and most admired private equity firms, the firm managed a $10 billion fund with global reach and focused on partnering with Fortune 500 firms. CVC has been a pioneer in sophisticated deal structures, strategic partnerships with blue chip operating companies, and its understanding that increasing investment in technology can create long-term competitive advantages. Mr. Corpening most recently was one of the key Partners leading the effort in General Industrial buyouts for the independent successor firm to CVC, Court Square Capital Partners, which manages $6 billion. Previous to that, he was a private equity executive with The Rockefeller Group and Roundtree Capital, after beginning his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber in the M&A and Merchant Banking groups.
Mr. Corpening is a graduate of Princeton and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. He currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Action Resources and Medicia Holdings LLC. He has recently served on the board of directors of Chase Industries, Davco, Erico, FastenTech, MSXI, Royster-Clark and Western Dental Services. To address his long held passion to improve educational opportunities in inner cities, he is on the board of Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia. In addition, Mr. Corpening is Chairman of the Trustee Board of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens.
MICHAEL CRONIN
MANAGING PARTNER, WESTON PRESIDIO CAPITAL
Mr. Cronin is a Managing Partner at Weston Presidio. He co-founded the firm in 1991 and is based at the Boston office. Mr. Cronin is a Managing Member of the General Partners of the Weston Funds. Since 1979, he has invested in emerging growth companies and various industrial and service businesses. Previously, Mr. Cronin served as a Senior Vice President at Security Pacific Venture Capital Group and as a Managing Director at the firm’s Boston office. Additionally, he has been a Director at Tekni-Plex Inc. since March 1994 and became a Director of NBC Acquisition Corp. upon the consummation of the Weston Presidio Transaction in fiscal 2003. Mr. Cronin has been a Director at Nebraska Book Co. since 2003. Previously, he was on the Board of Directors of Apple & Eve, Casella Waste Systems, Coffee Connection, Hunter Fan Company, Petzazz, Star Manufacturing, Tivoli Audio, and Tweeter Home Entertainment, as well as numerous other companies.
Mr. Cronin serves on the Boards of Innovation Technology Group and Wolf Holdings Organization. He currently serves on the National Venture Capital Association's Board of Directors and on the Harvard University Board of Overseers and has served on the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies' Board of Governors. Mr. Cronin earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from Harvard College.

Dr. Das, after being with Merrill Lynch since 1980 recently retired from his post as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. Prior to this position, Dr. Das was also a former Managing Director at Merrill Lynch from 1985 to 1990.n 1980.
Dr. Das has served as a Trustee to Brown University from 1993 to 1999, from where he received a Ph.D in Engineering. Dr. Das also completed his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago and attended IIT, Kanpur, India for his undergraduate studies.
BRUCE JOHNSTONE
MANAGING DIRECTOR, FIDELITY INVESTMENTS
Mr. Johnstone has been with Fidelity Investments for 41 years and is presently a managing director and senior marketing investment strategist. In these roles, he is responsible for educating retail and institutional audiences and helping the company's clients adjust their portfolios.
Mr. Johnstone also serves as trustee and chairman of the Fidelity International Limited (FIL) advised Thailand International Fund. During his 41-plus-year tenure with the company, he has held many key positions, including vice president and portfolio manager of the Fidelity Equity-Income Fund for 19 years, chief investment officer and managing director of Fidelity International Ltd., in London, executive vice president and chairman of the investment committee for Fidelity Management & Research Co., and group leader of the income/growth group of funds.
ALAN KEEN
CHAIRMAN, KEEWIN INVESTMENTS
Mr. Keen is the Chairman and CEO of The Keewin Real Property Company, a real estate development, investment, and brokerage company located in Winter Park, FL. Founded in 1978, Keewin had entitled, developed and/or marketed over 15,000 single-family and townhome residential lots, making the company the largest residential lot developer in Central Florida. In addition, the Company has represented numerous corporations and other clients in the acquisition of real estate, including acting as the exclusive real estate broker for the purchase of over 1,000 acres of land that is today Universal Studios Florida. Keen and Keewin have been involved in over $450 Million dollars of real estate transactions since the company’s formation.
Mr. Keen received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Rollins College, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins. In 2010, an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters (LHD) degree was awarded to Keen at the college’s annual Commencement. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BankFIRST, a Winter Park-based community bank, and immediate past Chairman of the Winter Park Health Foundation Board of Trustees. Keen is also past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Valencia Community College and a member of the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
