its incorporation. The Managing Partners of AP Capital, Frantz
Alphonse and Richard Powell, made the announcement.
The private equity investment firm will focus on middle
market enterprises in North America that service government agencies and
members of the Fortune 1000.More specifically, AP Capital is
evaluating highly stable operations, particularly with EBITDA between
$5 million and $15 million. The firm will focus on a very concentrated
number of acquisitions. AP Capital’s preference is almost
exclusively for majority ownership positions.
