Orlando, FL – ZeroChaos, a global workforce solutions company headquartered in Orlando, announced today that the company earned the “Best of Staffing” designation from Inavero Institute, a research firm that provides customer and job candidate satisfaction surveys for professional service firms. ZeroChaos scored almost 44 points higher than the staffing industry average of 40.8 percent with a customer satisfaction rating of 84.4 percent using the highly regarded Net Promoter Score (NPS).

The rating derives from a survey conducted by Inavero among ZeroChaos’ customers in the fourth quarter of 2009. The NPS, first popularized by Fred Reichheld’s book The Ultimate Question, is used by leading companies worldwide as a standard for measuring customer loyalty. It sets a high benchmark to evaluate a firm’s performance with its customers. In fact, venerable companies like Apple and Google scored a 77 and a 71 percent respectively in 2009, according to Satmetrix’s 2009 Industry Report.

“We measure satisfaction among ZeroChaos customers using the NPS methodology frequently, but this is the first time that we have leveraged an independent firm (Inavero) to give us a truly objective perspective,” said Harold Mills, CEO of ZeroChaos. “For ZeroChaos to score an 84.4 percent is an incredible achievement and a true testament to the partnerships we work every day to build with our customers.”

In total, Inavero invited more than 60,000 staffing industry customers to complete a short, three-question survey about their experiences with their staffing firm. Nearly 17,000 responses were analyzed.
